359. Minimum width of new Public Street.
- The Commissioner shall, from time to time with the sanction of the Standing Committee, specify the minimum width of different classes of new public streets according to the nature of the traffic likely to be carried thereon, and the street with which they join at one or both ends, the streets with which they are situated, the heights up to which building abutting thereon may be erected and other similar consideration.
