Section 10(2) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994
(2)[ The last date for filing of nominations shall be the fourth day after the date of publication of the public notice under Rule (1) above, or if that day is a public holiday, the next succeeding day which is not a public holiday.
