Section 91 in The Port Of New Mangalore Rules, 1976
91. Obstruction etc. to officers.
- No person shall molest, assault, resist, hinder, obstruct, impede, or interrupt, or offer or attempt to molest, assault, hinder, obstruct, impede, or interrupt any employee of the port in the performance of his functions, or disobey his lawful orders, or use abusive or offensive language or aid or incite others to do any of these things.
