Section 99(1) in The Rajasthan Law And Judicial Department Manual, 1952
(1)The fee payable to counsel appointed by the Court of Session under rule 94 shall not exceed Rs. 16/- for each working day of hours or more and Rs. 8/- for less than 3 hours' work:Provided that no fee shall be paid for a hearing fixed for delivering judgment only.
