133.
Whenever guns or other arms in respect of which licenses have to be taken by purchasers under the [Indian Arms Act, XI of 1878] [Now see Arms Act, 1959.], are sold by public auction in execution of decrees, the Court directing the sale shall give due notice to the Magistrate of the district of the names and addresses to the purchasers and of the time and place of the intended delivery to the purchasers of such arms, so that proper steps may be taken to enforce the requirements of the Indian Arms Act.
