The Collector shall prepare and maintain in the prescribed from a list of all villages and will show therein the prescribed manner, the areas -(a)liable to fluvial action,(b)having precarious cultivation, and(c)the revenue whereof has either, wholly or in part been released, compounded, redeemed or assigned.Such registers shall be revised every five years in accordance with the rules framed in that behalf.
