(5)[ The holders of a regular licence under regulation 10 may authorise one of their employees or partners or directors, to appear for the examination referred to in sub-regulation (1), on behalf of such holders of regular licence in addition to the person of their agency who has passed the examination referred to in sub-regulation (1).] [Inserted by M.F.
