Section 14 in Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences Act, 1986
14. The Registrar.
(1)The Registrar shall be a whole time paid officer of the University appointed by the Executive Council on such terms as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The Registrar shall have the power to enter into agreements, sign documents and authenticate records on behalf of the University and shall exercise such other powers and discharge such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
