The learned counsel would submit that the Signature Not Verified respondent No.2 was the Head Master of the school and the Digitally signed by Deepak Singh Date: 2023.03.04 13:29:10 IST Reason: complaint against him of sexual harassment was filed by as many as 28 minor girls of the same school. The complaint 2 filed by the Head Master alleging victimization by some teaching staff following investigation was found to be not correct.
Issue notice in Special Leave Petition as also in I.A. No.41071/2023- application for direction, returnable in three weeks.
Petitioner is permitted to serve the Standing Counsel for the State, in addition.
