Section 5(1) in The U.P. Sales or Purchase of Motor Spirit, Diesel Oil and Alcohol Taxation Rules, 1977
(1)A registration certificate, granted by the registering authority shall be in Form 'B', set out in the Schedule, and shall be held subject to the restrictions and conditions, therein set forth, and subject to the provisions of the Act and the rules made thereunder. A copy of these rules shall be given free of charge with every such certificate.
