ORAL JUDGMENT

Date: 13-07-2016 The present contempt petition has been filed for non- compliance of the order dated 16.09.2011 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 16074 of 201, inter alia, disposed of in line with the judgment dated 28.06.2011 in LPA No. 831 of 2009 and analogous cases.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly accepts that a number of similar matters have been disposed of in line Patna High Court MJC No.1020 of 2013 dt.13-07-2016 2/2 with the orders passed in MJC No. 871 of 201.

3. The instant contempt petition is accordingly disposed.
