State of Manipur - Subsection

Section 9(1)(a) in The Manipur Co-operative Societies Act, 1976

(a)If the Registrar is satisfied that a society has complied with the provisions of this Act and the rules, and that its proposed bye-laws are not contrary to this Act or to the rules, he may, if he thinks fit, register the society and its bye-law within six months from the date of receipt of the application.
