(2)Words and expressions used but not defined in these regulations shall have the same meanings respectively as assigned to them in the Act, rules, regulations or in [the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013)] [Substituted 'the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956)' by Notification No. L-3(4)/Reg-L.P./2017-18/CCI, dated 8.8.2017, (w.e.f. 13.8.2009).], as the case may be.
