Section 58(iii) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Employees Service Regulations, 1975
(iii)When the exigencies of service so require, leave of any kind other than medical or maternity leave may be refused or revoked and the employee already availing such a leave may be recalled to duty on such revocation in which case he will be entitled to Travelling Allowance at ordinary rates.
