Section 16 in The Merchant shipping (Radio Direction Finders) Rules, 1968.
16. Penalty.
- Any person who commits a breach of these rules shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees and if the breach is a continuing one, with a further fin which may extend to fifty rupees for every day after the first during which the breach continues.First Schedule(See rule 3)
