(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-

(i)The Vice-Chancellor,

(ii)The Director General,

(iii)The Registrar,

(iv)The Finance and Accounts officer.

(v)One member of the Executive Council, to be nominated by it,

(vi)One member, to be nominated by the State Government.
