Section 10(1) in The Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981
(1)No person shall be chosen as, or continue to be, a member of the Board who-(a)is a salaried officer of the Board; or(b)is an undischarged insolvent; or(c)is found to be a lunatic or becomes of unsound mind; or(d)is or has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude, unless a period of five years has elapsed since the date of his conviction.
