Section 279(2) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(2)The Corporation shall, from time to time, by public notice, appoint a place or places at which conveyances, clothing or other articles which have been exposed to infection from any dangerous disease may be washed; and no person shall wash any such article at any place not so appointed, without having previously disinfected the same.
