Section 13 in The Calcutta Tramways Company (Taking Over Of Management) Act, 1967
13. Protection of action taken under the Act. -
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or the Administrator or any other person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
