Section 69(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)The Police Gazette and the Criminal Intelligence Gazette are issued each week to all offices shown in the distribution list which is compiled in the office of the Inspector-General. Complaints about non-delivery of any issue should be addressed to the officer-in-charge, Publication Branch, West. Bengal Government Press, Alipore, Calcutta ; any such complaint from an office under the control of a Superintendent should be sent to the Superintendent in the first instance.
