169. Contents of notice.
- The notice of an interlocutory application or an application for review shall be to appear and show cause why the application be not granted and the notice of an appeal, reference, or application shall be, to appear and answer such appeal, reference or application. The date for appearance shall be fixed due regard to the current business of the Court, the place of residence of the person to be served, the time required for service and the time necessary for entering appearance after service of notice has been effected.Every notice shall be in the prescribed form.
