Section 1 in Research Assistant, Class III, in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics (Special Competitive Examination) Rules, 2015
1. Short title extent and commencement.
- (i) These rules may be called the Research Assistant, Class III, in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics (Special Competitive Examination) Rules, 2015.(ii)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette,(iii)They shall apply to the persons who are eligible to be appointed by promotion to Research Assistant, Class III under clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 2 of the Research Assistant, Class III, in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics Recruitment Rules, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as "the recruitment rules").
