KUMARI GODDETI MADHAVI (ARAKU): Mr. Chairman, Sir, I would like to bring to the notice of this august House that my Parliamentary Constituency Araku is spread across four Districts and comprises densely hilly terrain. Moreover, majority of the population are tribes. Nowadays, especially during the COVID-19 lockdown, the entire House is aware of the need for network especially mobile connectivity and broadband connectivity. Currently, only 20 per cent of the habitations in my Constituency have the mobile network. Our hon. Chief Minister has invited Village Secretariats for better service delivery which gets delayed due to the lack of mobile connectivity. These Village Secretariats and the services they provide are extremely important to the people in my Constituency as large number of villages are inaccessible to the headquarters. Sir, mobile network is not there even in my village. Hence, I request the hon. Minister to provide the mobile network and broadband connectivity in my Parliamentary Constituency as it is very important to the people in my Constituency. Thank you.
