(2)Immediate sale of perishable property. - If such property or any part thereof is subject to speedy decay or consists of live-stock and animals or if the value of such property is less than five rupees it may be forthwith sold by auction under the orders of the [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957] and the proceeds of sale shall be dealt with in the same manner as is hereinafter provided for the disposal of the said property.
