53. Inter-University Transfers.
- The Chancellor or the Pro-Chancellor may, after consulting the Vice-Chancellors of the two Universities, transfer any employees from one University to another University if such transfer is considered by him necessary in the interest of administration of the Universities constituted under this Act.
