FACTS
Heard today dated 20.9.2012. Appellant not present. The public authority is represented by Ms. Manjusha Bhatnagar, Transparency Officer, and Shri P. A. Jose, DGM (CPIO).
2. The matter, in short, is that the appellant was an executive in the MRPL. He left the job few years back. While in service he was using the car of MRPL and he took away the car with him on payment of requisite amount. In the RTI application dated 18.11.2011, he had sought copies of the documents in which his case for "refund of WDV amount on car loan / scheme"
was processed. During the hearing, Ms. Bhatnagar submits that copies of the requisite documents have already been supplied to the appellant.
3. It is, however, noticed that in the appeal memo filed before this Commission, the appellant has sought reasons for non-communication of reasons for non-refund etc. Suffice to say that this Commission cannot go into the merits of the matter. Copies of relevant documents have already been supplied to him. Hence, the matter is being closed.
