Section 86(1) in The Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)A Town and Country Development Authority or Special Area Development Authority, as the case may be, may, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, make regulations generally to carry out the purposes of this Act.
