Section 92(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1978
(1)The State Government may constitute or recognise even one or more co-operative federal authorities, in such manner as may be prescribed and subject to such conditions as the State Government may impose for supervision of a society or a class of societies and may frame rules for making grants to such an authority.
