Section 1(1) in The U.P. Antarim Zila Parishad (Convening of and Procedure At Meetings) Rules, 1958

(1)The Antarim Zila Parishad shall meet for the transaction of the business at least once in every month, exept in districts of Kumaun Division where the Parishad shall meet at least once in every quarter.
