Section 4(2) in The Maharashtra District Planning Committees (Conduct of Meetings) Rules, 1999
(2)The first meeting of the newly constituted Committee shall be held within thirty days from the dale of the Constitution of the Committee, but ninety days shall not intervene between its last meeting and the next meeting.
