1. This is an application seeking permission to the applicant to travel abroad i.e. Russia, UAE, Belarus, Morocco, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, USA, Singapore, Argentina, Qatar and Turkey between 01.11.2024 to 30.04.2025 on account of business development and meetings with petroleum and fertilizer manufacturers and suppliers to liaison, negotiate and obtain future work orders.
2. Mr. Khurana, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has regularly sought permission and has been granted permission for 6 months in the past on 4 occasions. On all occasions, he has complied with the terms of the permission and duly returned within the time granted by this Court.

3. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent has filed a status report, wherein the above proposition is not disputed.
4. None of the parties have any objection to this Court hearing the matter.
5. For the said reasons, I am inclined to allow the application. The applicant is permitted to travel to Russia, UAE, Belarus, Morocco, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, USA, Singapore, Argentina, Qatar and Turkey between 01.11.2024 to 30.04.2025 for business purposes on the following terms and conditions:-
(i) The applicant shall inform the respondent about the reasons and the purpose of his visits.
(ii) The applicant shall disclose the travel itinerary, his place of stay in Russia, UAE, Belarus, Morocco, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, USA, Singapore, Argentina, Qatar and Turkey and all his contact details to the Investigating Officer.
(iii) The applicant shall not withdraw the Fixed Deposit Receipt of Rs. 20 lakhs lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Court in the meantime.
(iv) The applicant shall return back to India on or before 30.04.2025.
(v) During the visit to Russia, UAE, Belarus, Morocco, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, USA, Singapore, Argentina, Qatar and Turkey, the applicant shall not contact any other person involved in the investigation carried out by the respondent and specifically, Amol Awasthi, Anupam Awasthi, and Vivek Gahlaut, and will not tamper with any other evidence.

(vi) On return back to India, the applicant shall inform the Investigating Officer and will join the investigation as and when directed.
(vii) During the period of his visit to Russia, UAE, Belarus, Morocco, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, USA, Singapore, Argentina, Qatar and Turkey, the applicant will not, in any manner, alienate or encumber or transfer his share in the agricultural land, if not already disposed of, as mentioned in his affidavit dated 12.03.2020 filed along with the nomination form for Rajya Sabha.
(viii) The applicant shall comply with the requirements provided in Parliamentary Bulletin Part II- No. 62128.
6. The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
