.-(1) The revenue account and balance-sheet of a provident society shall be prepared in accordance with Forms VII and VIII, respectively, and in their completion regard shall be had to the notes appended thereto.(2)If it so desires a provident society may submit a profit and loss account in addition to a revenue account and balance-sheet.(3)The statements required under clauses (a)(i) and (b) of sub-section (2) of section 80 of the Act shall be prepared in accordance with Forms IX and X, respectively.
