Section 4(1) in Tamil Nadu Compulsory Censorship of Film Publicity Materials Act, 1987
(1)For carrying out the purposes of this Act, the Government shall appoint a Publicity Materials Censor Officer and may also appoint such number of Assistant Publicity Materials Censor Officers and Inspectors as the Government may think fit to assist the Publicity Materials Censor Officer.
