Section 35(1) in The High Court of Karnataka Rules, 1959
(1)In all cases involving a sentence of death, the printed, or the cyclostyled record shall be made ready and despatched to the Supreme Court within a period of 60 days after the receipt of the intimation from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of the filing of the petition of appeal or of the order granting special leave to appeal.
