Section 7 in The Rules for Grant of Scholarships for Prosecution of Higher Studies to Government Employees Belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, 1962
7.
(1)The scholarship sanctioned under rule 6(1)(a) above shall be payable for 10 months only.(2)No scholar getting scholarship under those rules shall join any part-time or whole-time job under any private or local Bodies or Government Department and in case of default the scholarship shall be withdrawn and he shall be liable to refund any sum paid to him during that academic year, besides disciplinary action which Government may take against him for contravention of these rules.
