Section 11(1) in The Kerala Document Writers Scribes and Stamp Vendors Welfare Fund Act, 2012
(1)The non-official members appointed under sub-section (3) of section 9 shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of publication of the notification constituting the Board in the Gazette.
