Section 11(v) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(v)An employee whose service is terminated under sub-rule (iii) of (iv) shall be entitled to such terminal benefits, as are admissible to the employees of the State Government in similar circumstances.
