Section 13(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 2018
(1)The salary and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson and other Members of the Adjudicating Authority shall be such as may be prescribed, but shall not be less than that of the Secretary to Government.
