Section 14(1) in The Pepsu Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1954
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules made thereunder.
