Section 79(2) in The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Act, 2016
(2)No member of the authority or body of the University who is nominated in his capacity as a member of a particular body or as a teacher or where expressly stated so, as the holder of a particular appointment shall continue to be a member of a particular body or teacher or the holder of that particular appointment:Provided that, such of the teachers who are continued on attaining superannuation till the end of the academic year on re-employment basis, shall cease to be members of such authority or body on attainment of superannuation.
