Section 41(2) in U.P. Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975
(2)If any amenity referred to in sub-rule (1) is not provided by the contractor within the period prescribed the principal employer shall provide the same within period of fifteen days of the expiry of the period laid down in the said sub-rule.
