Section 44 in Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1978

44. Court fees.

- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Tamil Nadu Court-fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 (Tamil Nadu Act XIV of 1955), every application, appeal or other proceeding under this Act shall bear a court-fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
