Section 5(1) in The Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
(1)[Subject to the provisions of sub-section (3), the term of office] [These words, brackets and figure were substituted for the words 'The term of office' by Maharashtra 14 of 1971, Section 2(a).] and conditions of service of the members of a Regional Board shall be such as may be prescribed; and the members shall be entitled to receive such remuneration or allowances, or both, as the State Government may by order determine.
