Information sought:
The appellant had worked with the following companies:
1- Skypak Couriers Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai 2- Karam Chand Thapar & Bros. Ltd-Delhi 3- Ballarpur industries Limited-Delhi 4- Coco-Cola Mumbai 5- Sushrut Surgicals Pvt. Ltd.-Pune 6- Reliance Communication Ltd. Pune Through his RTI application he had sought following information: 1- Please provide the respective EPF no. of the above mentioned companies. 2- The balance EPF in each of these company accounts as on date. 3- Amount withdrawn from each of these companies and the withdrawal dates. 4- Procedure for withdrawal of balance EPF amounts if any. 5- Can I draw the amount directly from the local EPF branch of Pune? 6- What is the procedure for the same?
7- If local branch doesn't pay, then the procedure for getting the same. 8- Any form is to be filled for withdrawal then copy of the form. 9- If any of the company does not exist, procedure for withdrawal of balances EPF Amounts. 10-Calculation of (interest & principal amount from me/my company credit/debit) all the above account.

The following were present Appellant: Mr. Roy Mathews through VC (M: 09372746277) Respondent: Ms. Puja Singh CPIO Mumbai (Bandra East) through VC M: 09920064008 Mr. Kautuk Vijay, CPIO's representative Delhi M: 9716383703 The appellant stated that the only information he now needs is his account number and balance in his PF account relating to Skypak Couriers Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai. The CPIO stated that the information relates to RPFC, Kandvali Office, Mumbai-II and she will request her counterpart in the said office to furnish the information.
Decision notice:
The Commission directs the CPIO RPFC, Kandvali Office, Mumbai-II to furnish the above information to the appellant within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
