Section 10(1) in Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management University, Sikkim Act, 2006
(1)The University will seek, obtain and retaing accreditation from respective national accreditation bodies and be subject to relevant provisions of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and the Regulations/Guidelines made thereunder from time to time relating to private Universities.
