What was challenged in the writ petition was a proposal to move a no-confidence motion against the President and Vice President of 5th respondent Grama Panchayath. It is now conceded that the resolution was in fact moved and got the same passed. In the circumstances, the Writ Appeal has become infructuous and the same is closed.
