(2)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute for the purposes of this Act an [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] to be called Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] for any local development area declared under sub-section (1).
