32. Certain offences to be cognisable.
- Notwithstanding anything in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), an offence under clause (i) or clause (iii) of sub-section (1) of section 30 shall be deemed to be a cognisable offence within the meaning of that Code.
