Section 18(h) in Peraringnar Anna Centenary Co-operative Milk Producers Welfare Fund Rules, 2010
(h)All the applications shall be scrutinized by the Committee. The Committee, after satisfying itself of the eligibility otherwise of the applicants, in accordance with provision of the rules, shall make specific recommendation. The Chairman of Committee may thereafter issue orders sanctioning the assistance and take appropriate action for complying with the recommendation of the Committee;
