Section 7(1)(g) in The Assam Secondary Education (Provincialised) Service Rules, 1982

(g)The Board shall furnish separate lists for separate cadres or posts as may be required by the appointing authority and also state the name of the institutions in case of serving teachers, for which the recommendation is made.
